McCoy Stadium
Baseball Murals
Tickets houses several of the iconic McCoy Stadium PawSox Murals, including stars, such as Roger Clemens, Jim Rice, and more! Prior to acquiring them, they were tucked away in storage but now they’re on display for everyone to enjoy.

These murals are 8 feet tall and were hand-painted by artist Carol ‘Tayo’ Heuser from the late 1970's through the 1980's once a player from the PawSox got traded to the Major League. The original collection included 95 murals but many were demolished with the stadium as they were painted directly on the wall at McCoy. Only about 45 exist today as these were painted on removable panels, which were saved prior to the stadium demolition. The murals displayed at Tickets contain the original frame, brackets, and hardware from when they were on the walls at McCoy.
McCoy Stadium was home to the Pawtucket Red Sox, a minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, from 1970 to 2020. The stadium hosted many future Red Sox stars and was the site of the longest professional baseball game in history in 1981. The Pawtucket Red Sox moved to Worcester, Massachusetts in 2020. McCoy Stadium was scheduled to be demolished in 2024 to make way for a new high school. Thankfully, these murals were saved and auctioned off for charity!
